The Albanese Labor Government has announced the appointment of Ms Navleen Prasad as a Director of the Bundanon Trust Board for a three-year term.

Bundanon Trust is an Australian cultural institution and living arts centre that supports the arts through its residency, education, exhibition and performance programs.

Minister for the Arts, Tony Burke, said Ms Prasad will bring valuable business expertise and a passion for the arts to the Board.

“Navleen’s breadth of experience in corporate affairs, finance and communications will support the Board in its governance of Bundanon.”

“Providing dedicated leadership to one of our most treasured national collecting institutions, I know Navleen will make a strong contribution to the Board”

Ms Navleen Prasad is Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Investment Council and a Director on the Board of the Sydney Youth Orchestras. In 2022 Ms Prasad was appointed as a member of the Investor Roundtable by Treasurer Jim Chalmers, to identify and unlock investment opportunities in national priority areas. Ms Prasad has previously worked at Macquarie Group and has extensive experience in engagement, the intersection of public and private funding, media and communications, and human capital.
