MEDIA RELEASE: THE PASSING OF KEP ENDERBY QC

Labor is saddened by the passing of the Hon. Kep Earl Enderby QC overnight.

As a member of the House of Representatives, Kep served with distinction representing the Australian Capital Territory (1970 - 1975), and as a Minister in the Whitlam Government (1972 - 1975).

After leaving politics, Kep continued his public service as a Justice on the New South Wales Supreme Court until his retirement.

His life will be remembered as one of dedicated and loyal service to the people of Australia.
